微创弹性髓内钉治疗小儿股骨干骨折的临床分析

摘要 目的评估小儿股骨干骨折行微创弹性髓内钉治疗的效果。方法选取2022年1月—2022年10月枣庄市妇幼保健院72例股骨干骨折患儿,监护人同意后抽签分为微创组和一般组,各36例,前者行微创弹性髓内钉治疗,后者行钢板固定治疗,统计有效率,评估疼痛情况,记录恢复时间和并发症。结果微创组治疗有效率(97.22%)高于一般组(77.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05)。微创组术后各个时间点疼痛程度低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组恢复时间均短于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。微创组并发症发生率(2.78%)低于一般组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创弹性髓内钉方案下并发症少,可缩短小儿恢复时间,抑制股骨疼痛,提高各小儿股骨干骨折治疗有效率。 Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nail treatment for femoral shaft fractures in children.Method 72 children with femoral shaft fractures were selected from Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to October 2022 with the consent of the guardians,they were divided into a minimally invasive group and a general group,with 36 cases each.The former received minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nail treatment,while the latter received steel plate fixation treatment.The effective rate was calculated,the pain situation was evaluated,and the recovery time and complications were recorded.Results The effective rate of the minimally invasive group(97.22%)was higher than that of the general group(77.78%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.571,P<0.05).The degree of postoperative pain in the minimally invasive group was lower than that in the general group at various time points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of the minimally invasive group was shorter than that of the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the minimally invasive group(2.78%)was lower than that in the general group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The minimally invasive elastic intramedullary nail scheme has fewer complications,can shorten the recovery time of children,suppress femoral pain,and improve the treatment efficiency of various femoral shaft fractures in children.
