摘要
目的研究心理护理联合健康教育在稽留流产护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院于2019年1月至2022年12月收治的稽留流产患者158例,对照组(79例,妇产科护理)和观察组(79例,心理护理+健康教育)。结果观察组患者阴道出血持续时间、月经恢复时间分别为(4.82±1.23)d、(30.47±2.83)d,低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(t=5.342、7.857,P<0.05)。观察组患者认知评分、护理依从性评分分别为(94.18±1.10)分、(95.18±0.80)分,高于对照组,对比结果差异显著(t=19.351、18.863,P<0.05)。观察组患者HAMA量表、HAMD量表评分分别为(9.56±1.47)分、(9.12±1.25)分,低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(t=13.270、12.054,P<0.05)。观察组患者基础护理、护理态度、护理技能、医院环境评分分别为(92.34±1.80)分、(93.28±2.03)分、(94.15±2.20)分、(91.12±1.95)分,高于对照组,对比结果差异显著(t=13.356、11.892、11.910、13.208,P<0.05)。观察组患者积极态度、亲密关系、睡眠满意度各项希望水平评分分别为(14.92±3.15)分、(13.57±2.13)分、(14.15±2.61)分,高于对照组,对比结果差异显著(t=8.056、7.729、7.832,P<0.05)。观察组患者月经不调、宫腔粘连、慢性盆腔炎总发生率为3.80%,低于对照组,对比结果差异显著(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05)。结论心理护理联合健康教育在稽留流产护理中的应用效果显著,优于妇产科护理,更具推广价值。
Objective To study the application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in the nursing of missed miscarriage.Methods One hundred fifty-eight cases of missed miscarriage patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were selected,including a control group(79 cases,obstetrics and gynecology nursing)and an observation group(79 cases,psychological nursing+health education).Results The duration of vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery time of patients the observation group were(4.82±1.23)days and(30.47±2.83)days,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group.The difference in comparison results was significant(t=5.342,7.857,P<0.05).The cognitive score and nursing compliance score of patients the observation group were(94.18±1.10)points and(95.18±0.80)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the comparison results showed significant differences(t=19.351,18.863,P<0.05).The scores of HAMA and HAMD scales for patients the observation group were(9.56±1.47)points and(9.12±1.25)points,respectively,which were lower than those of the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(t=13.270,12.054,P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,nursing attitude,nursing skills,and hospital environment for patients the observation group were(92.34±1.80)points,(93.28±2.03)points,(94.15±2.20)points,and(91.12±1.95)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(t=13.356,11.892,11.910,13.208,P<0.05).The scores of positive attitude,intimate relationship,and sleep satisfaction of patients the observation group were(14.92±3.15)points,(13.57±2.13)points,and(14.15±2.61)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group,the comparison results showed significant differences(t=8.056,7.729,7.832,P<0.05).The total incidence of menstrual irregularities,uterine adhesions,and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in patients the observation group was 3.80%,which was lower than that of the control group,the difference in comparison results was significant(χ^(2)=4.831,P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of psychological nursing combined with health education in missed abortion nursing is significantly better than that of obstetrics and gynecology nursing,and has more promotional value.
