摘要
针对某核电站5号机组汽轮机多个中压调节阀拒动及慢关试验超时异常进行了原因分析。通过对现场设备、控制和液压重要参数进行排查,锁定可能的故障模式,并开发出比例阀在线故障诊断装置,通过现场试验研究,分析各项参数对调节阀拒动和慢关试验成功率的影响,最终确定根本原因为C375比例阀主阀芯的摩擦力大、部分中调阀集管块表面平面度差。根据分析结果,提出了清洁集管块平面、提高比例阀减压阀后压力的纠正措施,成功解决了中压调节阀拒动和慢关超时问题。
In this paper,the reasons for the misoperation of multiple intermediate pressure control valves and the abnormal slow closing time-out of the steam turbine of unit 5 in a nuclear power plant are analyzed.By checking the field equipment,control and hydraulicparameters,locking the possible failure modeand developing the proportional valve online fault diagnosis device,through the field test research,the influence of various parameters on the success rate of the control valve rejection and slow closing test is analyzed,and it is finally determined that the root cause of the event is the high friction of the main valve core of C375 proportional valve,and the failure of some medium pressure regulating valves is the poor flatness of the header block surface.According to the analysis conclusion,the proposed corrective measures to clean the surface of the manifold block and improve the back pressure of the reducing valve are put forward,and the problems of valve misoperation and slow closing timeout are solved.
