摘要
某热熔塞密封性试验夹具首次使用,即出现夹具密封圈损伤导致的漏气现象。复查零件尺寸符合图纸要求,密封圈压缩率亦符合设计规范。通过结构分析,发现夹具存在倒角偏小引导不足缺陷,另密封圈压缩率尚有降低空间,因此采用增大零件倒角、缩减零件轴径的返修方案解决了密封圈切边问题。由此可见,密封圈的压缩率并非越大越好,而应根据实际情况;作为引导,零件倒角应尽可能选择小夹角、长线段。
When a hot melt plug sealing test fixture was used for the first time,the air leakage phenomenon caused by the damage of the sealing ring of the fixture appeared.The dimensions of the parts are in accordance with the drawing requirements and the compression rate of the sealing ring is also in accordance with the design specifications.Through the structure analysis,it is found that the fixture has the defect of small chamfering and insufficient guide,and the compression rate of the seal ring still has the space to reduce.Therefore,the reworking scheme of increasing the chamfering and reducing the axle diameter of the parts is adopted to solve the sealing ring trimming problem.It can be seen that the compression rate of the sealing ring is not the larger the better,but should be based on the actual situation;As a guide,parts chamfering should be selected as far as possible small Angle,long line.
