摘要
目的时效激励结合绩效考核管理模式在内分泌科护士管理中的应用研究。方法选取2021年1—5月在潜江市中心医院内分泌科工作的18名护理人员实施常规管理模式(对照组),选取2021年6—12月在本院内分泌科室工作的18名护理人员实施时效激励结合绩效考核管理模式(研究组)。对比两种管理方案的实施效果。结果对照组个人成就评分低于研究组,去人格化倾向、情感枯竭评分高于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组护理人员护理文书书写、整体护理、一级护理、基础护理、病房管理、护理管理评分均低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论时效激励结合绩效考核管理模式在内分泌科护士管理中的实施效果优异。
Objective To study the application of time-effect incentive combined with performance appraisal management mode in the management of nurses in endocrine department.Methods The 18 nurses who worked in the endocrine department of Qianjiang Central Hospital from January to May 2021 were selected to implement the conventional management mode(the control group).The 18 nurses who worked in the endocrine department of our hospital from June to December 2021 were selected to implement the time-effective incentive combined with performance appraisal management mode(the study group).Compared the implementation effect of the two management schemes.Results The personal achievement score of the control group was lower than that of the study group,while the score of depersonalization tendency and emotional exhaustion were higher than those of the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing document writing,overall nursing,first-level nursing,basic nursing,ward nursing and management management in the control group were lower than those in the study group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Time-effective incentive combined with performance appraisal management mode has excellent effect in the management of endocrine department nurses.
