摘要
生产组织模式及布局是航天/军工制造车间的根基。对标某批产线的改造要求及条件,通过设备数量、生产模式和人员排班迭代优化等方式,完成既定的产能目标。此外,实现8.3%的设备数量、45%的人员压减,消除了多余周转,实现了人员、设备、场地的高效利用,为后续军工制造车间的生产线建设与改造提供了新思路。
The production organization mode and layout are the foundation of aerospace manufacturing workshops.This paper aims to meet the transformation requirements and conditions production lines by means of iterative optimization of equipment quantity,production mode and personnel scheduling.At the same time,8.3%of the equipment quantity and 45%of the personnel were reduced and redundant turnover was eliminated,realizing the efficient utilization of personnel,equipment and site,providing ideas for the construction and transformation of the production line of the subsequent military manufacturing workshop.
