摘要
研究对比了不同发泡剂的稀释倍数、沉降距、泌水量并用来评价发泡剂的基本性能;采用轻质土无侧限抗压试验和轻质土吸水率实验来评价高性能发泡剂的性能。结果表明,高性能发泡剂综合发泡倍率约为4000倍,泡沫群的沉降距和泌水量指标表现优越;采用高性能发泡剂制作的泡沫轻质土抗压强度大幅提高,达到了轻质高强的研究目标;高性能发泡剂改善了泡沫的支撑强度和时间,提高了泡沫轻质土成品无侧限抗压强度的同时控制了吸水率,具有良好的实际运用效果。
The dilution ratio,settling distance and bleeding amount of different foaming agents were compared and used to evaluate the basic properties of foaming agents.The performance of high-performance foaming agent was evaluated by unconfined compression test of foamed cement and water absorption test of foamed cement.The results show that:The comprehensive foaming ratio of high-performance foaming agent is about 4000 times,and the settling distance and water discharge index of foam group are excellent.The compressive strength of foamed cement made of high-performance foaming agent has been greatly improved,reaching the research target of light-weight and high-strength.The high-performance foaming agent improves the support strength and time of foam,improves the non-lateral compressive strength of foamed cement products,and controls the water absorption,so it has good practical application effect.
