摘要
活动式测斜仪是一种用于测量深层土体变形情况的精密仪器,在工程安全监测中起着至关重要的作用。除了倾角计的精度,测斜仪的导轮结构对测量精度和可靠性也有着非常显著的影响。该文分析了导轮结构在测斜技术中的机械原理,和导轮结构的扭簧力与测斜仪重量的比值对精度的影响,以及推导了失真倾斜角的计算公式。通过系统性的实验,揭示了扭簧力与重量的比值对测斜仪的下放情况、重复精度以及数据准确性的影响。该研究工作弥补了活动式测斜仪在导轮结构部分的技术空白,对测斜仪的设计和参数选型具有指导意义。
The movable inclinometer is a kind of precision instrument used to measure the deformation of deep soil,which plays a vital role in project safety monitoring.In addition to the accuracy of the inclinometer,the guide wheel structure also has a very significant impact on the measurement accuracy and reliability.This paper analyzed the mechanical principle of the guide wheel structure in the principle of inclinometer technology,the influence of the ratio of the spring force to the weight of the inclinometer on the accuracy,and established the calculation formula of the distortion angle.Through systematic experiments,the influence of the ratio of torsion spring force to weight on the lowering,repeatability and data accuracy of inclinometer was tested.This research work makes up the technical blank of movable inclinometer in guide wheel structure,and has guiding significance for the design and parameter selection of inclinometer.
