摘要
以黄芪、大枣、当归、白芍、熟地黄为主要原料制备黄芪复方浸膏。以浸膏得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验优化黄芪复方浸膏提取工艺,并研究其对缺铁性贫血(IDA)大鼠的改善作用。结果表明:最佳浸膏提取工艺为液料比25∶1(mL/g)、浸提温度100℃、浸提时间2.0 h、浸提次数3次,在此条件下浸膏得率为37.21%。黄芪复方浸膏具有改善IDA大鼠的作用,可作为保健食品配料。
Radix Astragali compound extractum was prepared using Radix Astragali,jujube,Chinese angelica,Chinesepeony and prepared rehmannia root as main raw materials.Based on a single factor experiment,the extraction process of Radix Astragali compound extractum was optimized using orthogonal experiments taking the extractum yield as an indicator,and its improvement effect on iron deficiency anemia(IDA)rats was studied.The results showed that the optimal extraction process for the extractum was liquid to material ratio of 25:1(mL/g),extraction temperature of 100℃,extraction time of 2.0 h,and extraction times of 3 times.Under these conditions,the extractum yield was 37.21%.Radix Astragali compound extractum has the effect of improving IDA rats and can be used as a health food ingredient.
