柴油发动机尾气后处理技术的发展探析 被引量:7

摘要 随着汽车行业节能和环保理念的普及,柴油发动机尾气引发的环境问题进入人们的视线,从1983年我国首个机动车尾气排放标准的出台,到2021年国六标准的全面实施,国家对柴油发动机尾气排放标准逐步收紧,共轨技术、增压技术等一系列机内净化技术取得的成果无法满足最新的排放要求,当前解决柴油发动机尾气排放最有效控制手段是柴油机尾气后处理技术。本文结合国家尾气排放标准要求,对柴油机尾气后处理技术的发展进行了分析与总结。 With the popularity of energy conservation and environmental protection concepts in the automobile industry,environmental problems caused by diesel engine exhaust have come to people's attention.From the introduction of the first motor vehicle exhaust emission standard in 1983 to the full implementation of National Six standards in 2021,the national standard for diesel engine exhaust emission has been gradually tightened.The results of a series of in-machine purification technologies such as common-rail technology and supercharging technology cannot meet the latest emission requirements.At present,the most effective control method to solve the exhaust emission of diesel engine is the diesel exhaust post-treatment technology.In this paper,the development of diesel exhaust aftertreatment technology is analyzed and summarized according to the national exhaust emission standard.
