摘要
目的:探究黄葵胶囊与贝那普利联合用药方案治疗早期糖尿病肾病的短期临床疗效及不良反应。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年4月沈阳维康医院诊疗的79例早期糖尿病肾病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字表法,将研究对象分为A组(40例)和B组(39例)。A组采用黄葵胶囊与贝那普利联合用药方案治疗,B组仅采用贝那普利治疗,对比分析两组的肾功能指标、炎性介质以及不良反应发生状况。结果:A组的尿白蛋白排泄率与血肌酐水平均明显小于B组,炎性介质CRP和IL-6水平均显著较B组低(P<0.05);A组与B组产生的药物不良反应发生率对比,无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:黄葵胶囊与贝那普利联合用药方案治疗早期糖尿病肾病的短期临床显著,可有效改善其肾功能指标,降低炎性介质水平,且产生的药物不良反应没有明显增高,值得在临床中广泛应用。
Objective:To explore the short-term clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Huangkui capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 79 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in Shenyang Wei Kang Hospital during from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the subjects.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into two groups—the group A(40 cases)and the group B(39 cases).The group A was treated with Huangkui capsule combined with benazepril,while the group B was only treated with benazepril.The renal function indexes,inflammatory mediators and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results:The urinary albumin excretion rate and serum creatinine level of the group A were significantly lower than those of the group B,and the levels of inflammatory mediators CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower than those of the group B(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the group A and the group B(P>0.05).Conclusion:The Huangkui capsule combined with benazepril in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has significant short-term clinical effect.It can effectively improve the renal function and reduce the level of inflammatory mediators,and the adverse drug reactions are not significantly increased.It is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
