摘要
采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,以“体教融合”为研究背景,探索教学视野下现代排球多样化发展所表现的价值、困境及对策。研究认为,现代多样化排球项目发展可促进“体教融合”同“体育强国建设”及“健康中国2030规划”产生紧密联系;贯彻体教融合“健康第一”理念、增加体育人才培养方向;降低排球运动参与门槛、完善排球运动的娱乐性及竞技性。现阶段存在制度激励不足、大众认知不足、场地缺失及地域性矛盾、师资力量不足、教学内容匮乏等问题。应建立有效激励政策、多主体协同宣传和落实赛事体系、侧重“因地制宜”并充分利用现有场地资源、构建复合型排球人才、依项目特色建立教学内容及等。
The research method of literature and logical analysis is used to explore the values,dilemmas and countermeasures of the diversified development of modern volleyball in the context of teaching and learning,taking the integration of sports and education as the research background.The study concludes that the development of modern and diversified volleyball programmes can promote the integration of sports and education with the construction of a strong sporting nation and the Health China 2030 Plan,implementing the health first concept of integration of sports and education and increasing the direction of sports talent training,lowering the threshold of participation in volleyball and improving the recreational and competitive aspects of the sport.At the present stage,there are problems such as insufficient institutional incentives,insufficient public awareness,lack of venues and geographical contradictions,insufficient teachers and lack of teaching content.It is necessary to establish effective incentive policies,promote and implement the tournament system in collaboration with multiple bodies,focus on local adaptation and make full use of existing venue resources,build up a complex of volleyball talents,and establish teaching contents and content according to the characteristics of the sport.
