摘要
丙氨酸是重要的非必需氨基酸。机体内的β-丙氨酸主要通过与组氨酸结合形成肌肽发挥作用。肌肽的结构简单,具有抗氧化、抗自由基、抗衰老和增强免疫力等生理功能,因此可以增强肌肉耐力和缓冲能力并具有抗疲劳的作用。近年来,非必需氨基酸对采食影响的研究逐渐增多。目前有研究发现β-丙氨酸和肌肽均能通过中枢和外周两条途径调控动物采食行为。文章分别就β-丙氨酸和肌肽对动物采食行为的影响及其可能的机制进行综述,旨在为畜禽生产中β-丙氨酸和肌肽的应用以及研究不同动物饲料中的最适添加量提供指导。
Alanine is an important nonessential amino acid.The effect of beta-alanine in the body main⁃ly acts in the form of carnosine,which is combined by alanine and histidine.Carnosine is one of the sim⁃plest structured bioactive peptides,which has antioxidant,anti-free radical,anti-aging and immunity-en⁃hancing activities,it can enhance the endurance and buffering capacity of muscle,and has anti-fatigue effects.In recent years,research on the effects of nonessential amino acids on feed intake has gradually increased.Current studies have found that bothβ-alanine and carnosine can regulate animal feeding be⁃havior,mainly through central and peripheral pathways.The author reviewed the latest research results at home and abroad,and reviewed the effects ofβ-alanine and carnosine on animal feeding behavior and their possible mechanisms,aiming to provide the application ofβ-alanine and carnosine in livestock and poultry production.In addition,we provide guidance on the optimal addition amount in different animal feeds.
