摘要
目的评析肾内科应用风险管理模式对于提高护理质量以及护理满意度的效果。方法选取2022年1—12月山东国欣颐养集团枣庄中心医院肾内科病房护士22名,根据不同管理方法分为对照组和观察组,各11名。对照组施行传统管理模式,观察组施行风险管理模式,对比两组的管理效果。结果观察组护士理论成绩(93.73±2.38)分、实践成绩(94.49±2.11)分,病情观察能力(93.73±3.15)分、病情变化预见能力(95.42±2.21)分、应急处理能力(95.95±2.17)分、专科操作能力(93.93±1.22)分、急救配合能力(94.94±1.55)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(63.64%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾内科护士采用风险管理模式的效果显著,有利于提高护士护理质量以及护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the effect of applying risk management mode in nephrology department on improving nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.Methods From January to December 2022,22 nurses from the nephrology ward of Shandong Guoxin Health Care Group Zaozhuang Central Hospital were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group based on the different management method,with 11 nurses in each group.The control group received traditional management mode and the observation group received risk management mode,and the management effects of the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score(93.73±2.38)points,practical achievements score(94.49±2.11)points,observation ability(93.73±3.15)points,predictive ability of disease change(95.42±2.21)points,emergency treatment ability(95.95±2.17)points,specialized operation ability(93.93±1.22)points,and emergency cooperation ability(94.94±1.55)points of the nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(63.64%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of risk management mode used by nurses in the department of nephrology is remarkable,which is conducive to improving nursing quality and nursing satisfaction.
