摘要
目的探讨健康教育在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年2月邹城市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心产科收治的80例母婴同室初产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采用常规指导,观察组采用健康教育。比较两组心理状态及母乳喂养优良率。结果护理后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表和汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组母乳喂养优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康教育在母婴同室产妇产后护理中的应用可改善产妇心理状态,提高母乳喂养优良率,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the application effect of health education in postpartum nursing of roomingin parturients.Methods A total of 80 cases of rooming-in primiparas admitted to the Department of Obstetrics of Zoucheng Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine instruction,and the observation group received health education.The psychological state and excellent rate of breastfeeding were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in both groups were lower than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The excellent rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of health education in postpartum nursing of rooming-in parturients can improve maternal mental state and excellent rate of breastfeeding,which is worthy of clinical pr omotion.
