摘要
目的:观察降浊祛瘀方治疗中青年痰瘀互结型高血压的临床疗效及对糖脂代谢的影响。方法:将60例痰瘀互结型中青年原发性高血压患者随机分为两组各30例,两组均治疗8周。比较两组治疗前后血压水平、降压总有效率、中医证候积分、血脂水平及空腹血糖(FPG)水平。结果:治疗后两组血压水平、中医证候积分、血脂水平、FPG水平均较治疗前改善(P﹤0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗组降压总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的80.0%(P﹤0.05)。结论:降浊祛瘀方能有效降低中青年痰瘀互结型高血压患者血压水平,改善糖脂代谢,疗效较好。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Jiangzhuo Quyu formula on young and middle-aged people's hypertension with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis and its effect on metabolism of glucose and lipid.Methods:60 cases of young and middle-aged patients with essential hypertension with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with Jiangzhuo Quyu formula on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Blood pressure(SBP,DBP),total effective rate of lowering blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid and fasting plasma glucose(FPG)were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with before treatment,blood pressure,TCM syndrome score,blood lipid and FPG were improved after treatment in two groups(P﹤0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group(P﹤0.05).The total effective rate of lowering blood pressure was 93.3%in treatment group,which was higher than 80.0%in control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Jiangzhuo Quyu formula can effectively reduce the blood pressure of young and middle-aged patients with hypertension with syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,and improve the metabolism of glucose and lipid in the patients.The clinical efficacy is better.
