摘要
目的:探讨无极玄灸加中药烫疗联合针灸治疗风湿性腰腿痛的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月南宁市武鸣区中医医院收治的140例风湿性腰腿痛患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,各70例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予无极玄灸加中药烫疗联合针灸治疗。比较两组临床疗效、疼痛评分、功能障碍评分、生活质量评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,疼痛评分和Oswstry功能障碍指数评分均低于对照组,各项生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:无极玄灸加中药烫疗联合针灸治疗风湿性腰腿痛的临床效果显著,可减轻患者疼痛,改善其功能障碍,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Wujixuan moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine hot therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion in treating rheumatic lumbago and leg pain.Methods:From January 2021 to December 2022,140 patients with rheumatic low back pain admitted to Wuming District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Nanning City were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Wujixuan moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine hot therapy combined with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The clinical curative effect,pain score,dysfunction score,and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the pain scores and Oswstry dysfunction index scores were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wujixuan moxibustion plus traditional Chinese medicine hot therapy combined with acupuncture has a significant clinical effect on rheumatic low back pain,which can relieve pain,improve dysfunction and improve quality of life.
