摘要
文章以弥勒至楚雄高速公路弥勒至玉溪段青山顶隧道施工为例,针对青山顶隧道可塑状粉质黏土及强、中风化白云岩、砂岩等软弱围岩结构的特点,提出采用短台阶且上、中、下三个台阶同时作业的微台阶开挖工法。研究微台阶工法在超大断面隧道中的适用性,总结超大断面微台阶法的施工流程及控制要点,以优化隧道各工序作业顺序和作业时间。
Taking the construction of Qingshanding Tunnel in Mile-Yuxi Section of Mile-Chuxiong Expressway as an example,aiming at the characteristics of plastic silty clay,strong and moderately weathered dolomite,sandstone and other weak surrounding rock structures in Qingshanding Tunnel,this paper proposes a micro benching tunneling method with short steps and simultaneous operation of upper,middle and lower steps.It studies the applicability of micro benching tunneling method in super-large section tunnel,summarizes the construction process and control points of micro benching tunneling method in super-large section tunnel,so as to,and optimize the operation sequence and time of each procedure of the tunnel.
