摘要
《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗优化方案》(2023版)是由中国代谢病防治协同创新平台组织国内代谢病防治专家,基于国家十一五支撑计划课题及国家重点研发课题研究成果,在系统总结国家防治糖尿病前期成果及国家名老中医诊治糖尿病前期学术经验基础上,参考《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗方案》《糖尿病前期病证结合诊疗指南》等文献,在优化方案专家组、循证医学专家的指导下,经过文献研究、专家问卷访谈、专家论证、专家指导组审核等各项工作,形成最终的《脾瘅(糖尿病前期)中医诊疗优化方案》(2023版)。糖尿病前期(脾瘅)中医诊疗优化方案(2023版)分术语和定义、病因病机、诊断、治疗方案、健康管理五部分,对糖尿病前期的定义、中医证候诊断、治疗方案进行了优化,为广大医生(特别基层医生)提供了更具实用和可操作性的生活方式干预配合中医辨证论治的中国特色防治方案,更有利于我国糖尿病的预防。
The Optimization of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for Predia-betes of Spleen Heat Syndrome(2023 Edition)was formulated by experts in the field of prevention and treatment of meta-bolic diseases in China organized by the Chinese Collaborative Innovation Platform for Metabolic Diseases Prevention and Treatment based on the research results of the National Eleventh Five-Year Support Program and the National Key Re-search and Development Program.The Protocol is a comprehensive summary of national achievements in the prevention and treatment of prediabetes,as well as the academic experience of renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)experts in di-agnosing and treating prediabetes.It takes literature such as the Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis and Treatment Plan for Spleen Heat(Prediabetes)and the Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Prediabetes and Syndrome Com-bination as references.Under the guidance of the expert panel and evidence-based medicine experts,the final version of Protocol was developed through literature research,expert questionnaire interviews,expert discussions,and review by the expert guidance group.The Protocol consists of five parts:terminology and definitions,etiology and pathogenesis,diagnosis,treatment plans,and health management.It optimizes the definition of prediabetes,the diagnosis of TCM syndromes,and the treatment plans and provides a more practical and operational Chinese characteristic prevention and treatment protocol that combines lifestyle interventions and TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment,especially for doctors at the grassroots lev-el.It is more conducive to the prevention of diabetes in China.
