贵州省农作物秸秆沼气发电发展SWOT分析

摘要 近年来,在严禁农作物秸秆焚烧的行政约束和大力扶持农作物秸秆资源化综合利用的政策导向下,我国农作物秸秆综合利用效率得到显著提高,农作物秸秆就地焚烧现象得到有效控制。贵州省地形地貌以高原山地为主,农作物秸秆在收集、运输方面的成本相对较高。在劳动力有限和农作物秸秆处理方式不健全的情况下,农户往往将秸秆丢弃在田间地头,造成了资源的浪费和环境的污染。农作物秸秆沼气发电是农作物秸秆综合利用的一种方式,能大批量地消耗农作物秸秆。为了找到促进贵州省农作物秸秆资源化利用的战略路径,结合SWOT分析法,从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁4个方面分析贵州省农作物秸秆沼气发电发展面临的内外部环境,提出了贵州省农作物秸秆沼气发电实施增长型、扭转型、多元化、防御型战略的具体路径。
