摘要
目的:阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合奥硝唑标准化治疗牙周病的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月-2021年12月在我院治疗的牙周病患者76例作为研究对象,平均分为观察组、对照组,各38例。对照组应用奥硝唑治疗,观察组应用阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合奥硝唑治疗。比较临床效果。结果:观察组有效率好于对照组(P<0.05);观察组GI、PLI、PD均好于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应率比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:阿莫西林、奥美拉唑联合奥硝唑可以在牙周病患者的标准化治疗中发挥重要的作用。
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of amoxicillin,omeprazole combined with ornidazole in the standardized treatment of periodontal disease.Methods:A total of 76 patients with periodontal disease treated in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the observation group was treated with amoxicillin,prilosec combined with ornidazole.The clinical effects were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).GI,PLI and PD in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Amoxicillin,omeprazole combined with ornidazole can play an important role in the standardized treatment of periodontal disease patients.
