摘要
在新形势下高校劳动教育的价值日益凸显,但是当前我国高校劳动教育评价体系并不健全。因此需要进一步构建一个合理有效的评价体系,来推动高校劳动教育课程继续深入实施。而引入CIPP课程评价模式,则能够从背景、输入、过程、成果四个维度对现行的高校劳动教育课程评价体系的建构进行合理的补充完善。另外,在运行过程中也可以让新时期的劳动教育课程评价实现持续改进、多主体参与、多样化发展,从而推动劳动教育课程目标的达成。
The value of college labor education becomes increasingly prominent under the new situation,but the evaluation system of college labor education is not perfect at present.Thus it is necessary to construct a reasonable and effective evaluation system to promote the further implementation of labor education curriculum in colleges and universities.The introduction of CIPP curriculum evaluation model,it can be from the background,input,process,results of the four dimensions of the current curriculum evaluation system of labor education in colleges and universities to complement and improve reasonably.Additionally,the course evaluation of labor education in the new era can realize continuously improving,Multi-agent participation and diversified development in the process of operation,so as to achieve the goal of labor education curriculum.
