Influence of Hospital Professional Style Construction Mechanism on Patient Satisfaction with Treatment

摘要 目的:分析医院行风建设机制对患者就医满意度的影响。方法:北京航天总医院于2019年10月开始实行医院行风建设机制,于2018年10月—2022年10月期间,每年收集100份患者满意度调查问卷,门诊、住院患者各50份。问卷以随机的方式发放,待患者诊疗结束后收回。分析2018—2022年门诊、住院患者就诊满意度情况。结果:2020—2022年,门诊、住院患者就诊满意度均高于2018年,且呈逐年升高趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:实施医院行风建设机制,可提高门诊、住院患者就诊满意度,对于构建和谐医患关系具有积极影响。 Objective:To analyze the influence of the hospital professional style construction mechanism on patient satisfaction with treatment.Methods:Since October 2019,the Beijing Aerospace General Hospital implemented the hospital professional style construction mechanism.From October 2018 to October 2022,100 questionnaires for patient satisfaction were collected annually,50 from outpatients and 50 from inpatients.The questionnaires were randomly distributed and then retrieved after the completion of patient's treatment.The satisfaction of outpatients and inpatients with treatment from 2018 to 2022 was analyzed.Results:The satisfaction of outpatients and inpatients with treatment from 2020 to 2022 was higher than that in 2018,and the satisfaction showed an annually increasing trend,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the hospital professional style construction mechanism can increase the satisfaction of inpatients and outpatients with treatment,and has a positive impact on the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
