溃坝影响分析在淤地坝设计中的应用——以秦安县武家沟大(2)型淤地坝为例 被引量:1

摘要 秦安县拟在魏店镇武家沟新建淤地坝1座,坝址下游沟道内分布有村庄和桥梁等重要设施。为有效评估淤地坝因特殊原因溃坝后形成的洪水给下游带来的风险,该文通过溃坝影响分析来论证该淤地坝溃坝时是否会对下游居民产生威胁。通过分析表明,溃决时产生的洪水将向下迅速传播,漫过沟床淹没整个武家沟门村及桥梁。因此,从工程安全可靠的角度建议重新选址新建淤地坝。 Qin'an County plans to build a new warping dam in Wujiagou,Weidian Town,with villages and bridges and other important facilities distributed in the downstream channel of the dam site.In order to effectively evaluate the risk to the downstream caused by the flood caused by the dam break due to special reasons,this paper demonstrates whether the dam break will pose a threat to the downstream residents through the impact analysis of dam break.The conclusion of the analysis shows that the flood caused by the collapse will spread rapidly downward,overflowing the ditch bed and flooding the whole Wujiagoumen village and bridge.Therefore,it is suggested that the new warping dam should be re-located from the perspective of safety and reliability of the project.
