摘要
目的:探讨肺癌患者术后通过体外振动排痰机进行辅助排痰对患者肺功能恢复及肺部感染的影响。方法:选取2019年5月~2022年5月在本院进行肺癌手术治疗的86例患者作为研究对象,使用随机对照法将其分为对照组与研究组,每组各43例。对照组使用常规的排痰方法,研究组使用体外振动排痰机进行排痰。比较两组的肺功能指标、排痰量、术后肺部感染情况。结果:研究组中肺功能相关指标、排痰量均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者出现肺部感染的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:体外振动排痰机辅助排痰方法可促进肺癌患者术后肺功能的恢复,可减少肺癌患者术后肺部感染的发生风险。
Objective:To explore the effect of lung cancer patients’assisted expectoration by external vibration expectoration machine on the recovery of lung function and pulmonary infection.Methods:86 patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2022 were selected as the research object,and they were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group used conventional expectoration method,while the research group used external vibration expectoration machine to expectorate.The pulmonary function index,sputum output and postoperative pulmonary infection were compared between the two groups.Results:The indexes related to lung function and the amount of expectoration in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of pulmonary infection in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Extracorporeal vibration expectoration machine assisted expectoration can promote the recovery of lung function in patients with lung cancer after operation,and reduce the risk of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with lung cancer.
