摘要
冠心病,中医称之为“胸痹心痛”,其病因病机复杂多变,多为寒邪内侵、饮食不节、情志失调、劳逸失调、年迈体虚所致的心脉痹阻。其病理性质为本虚标实,可因实致虚,也可因虚致实。雷忠义国医大师经过几十年的研究,不断积累,提出胸痹心痛病的痰瘀互结理论,近几年,雷大师在临床观察中进一步发现痰瘀日久可导致耗气伤气,使心气不足,不能濡养心神,不能推动血液及津液的运行,使痰瘀加速停留于脉络脏腑,因此患者在出现胸痛、胸闷等症之时,兼有身困乏力、气短、神疲懒言等气虚症状;其治疗以活血化瘀、补益心气,化痰通络、益气养阴,活血化瘀、祛痰通络兼以益气等三方面为主。经过跟师学习总结,现通过痰、瘀、气虚之间的病机推理,熟读经典,结合临床,对雷大师论治冠心病痰瘀互结兼气虚临床病症进行总结。
Coronary heart disease,known as“chest Bi heartache”in traditional Chinese medicine,its causes and diseases are complex and changeable,mostly caused by cold evil internal invasion,diet,emotional disorders,work and rest disorders,caused by elderly body deficiency.Its pathological nature is this virtual standard real,can be due to real virtual,can also be due to virtual real.After decades of research,continuous accumulation,put forward the theory of phlegm,in recent years,master LEI further found in clinical observation can lead to blood consumption,make heart deficiency,can not promote the operation of blood and blood fluid,accelerate phlegm stay in the viscera,so patients with chest pain,chest tightness,and fatigue,shortness of breath,fatigue Qi deficiency symptoms,its treatment mainly focuses on three aspects:promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,tonifying the heart and Qi,resolving phlegm and unblocking collaterals,supplementing Qi and nourishing Yin,promoting blood circulation and resolving stasis,dispelling phlegm and unblocking collaterals,and supplementing Qi.After learning and summarizing with the teacher,now through the pathogenesis reasoning between phlegm,blood stasis and Qi deficiency,reading the classics,combined with clinical practice,the clinical symptoms of the treatment of coronary heart disease,sputum and blood stasis and Qi deficiency are summarized.
