摘要
目的通过对文献的收集整理,挖掘眼针在临床治疗中的使用情况以及在实验研究中的方式方法,总结、探析眼针的优势病种、治疗方法以及在实验研究中的概况,为进一步的实验研究打下坚实的基础。方法以“眼针”为检索词,检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库、中文科技期刊全文数据库中1974年1月—2020年10月眼针的临床应用和实验研究的相关文献,然后对文献进行收集、整理、筛选、录入、审核以及数据提取和分析,通过对眼针的取穴原则、针刺方法、行针手法、留针时间等方面的研究,并比较治疗的总有效率,总结出眼针的优势病种,以及分析探索眼针在实验研究中的应用情况。结果针对眼针共检索到文献728篇,通过筛选符合标准的文献有402篇临床文献,118篇实验文献,发现眼针能够治疗的临床疾病多达54种,其中以内科疾病为主,治疗中风后遗症和中风疾病的文献报道最多,分别是147篇和42篇,占比达47.02%,而且两者的总有效率平均值分别为91.11%和93.04%;此外还得出眼针的取穴原则以部位取穴法居多,行针手法以刮柄法最多,留针时间则以15~30 min为主。而眼针的实验研究,主要以大鼠为实验对象,以脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型研究最多,多采用平刺的针刺手法,眼针治疗取穴以双肝区、肾区、上焦区和下焦区为主,行针手法主选捻转法和刮针法两种手法,留针时间则以20 min为主。结论眼针在临床中,能够治疗的疾病种类很多,且疗效显著,尤其是对优势病种中风、中风后遗症以及各种疼痛类疾病的作用更为突出。
Objective Through the collection and arrangement of literature,to explore the use of eye acupuncture in clinical treatment and experimental research methods,summarize and analyze the advantages of eye acupuncture,treatment methods and general situation in experimental research and lay a solid foundation for further experimental research.Methods From January 1974 to October 2020,literatures related to clinical application and animal experimental studies of eye acupuncture were searched from CNKI,Wanfang database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Chinese Scientific and Technological Journal Full-text Database using"eye acupuncture"as the keyword.Then the literature was collected,sorted,screened,entered and reviewed,and the data was extracted and analyzed.Through the research on the principle of acupoint selection,acupuncture method,acupuncture manipulation,needle retention time and other aspects of eye acupuncture,the total effective rate of treatment was compared,the advantages of eye acupuncture were summarized and the application of eye acupuncture in experimental research was analyzed and explored.Results A total of 728 documents about eye acupuncture were retrieved.Through screening,402 clinical documents and 118 experimental documents were met the criterion.It is found that eye acupuncture can treat 54 kinds of clinical diseases,of which medical diseases are the main ones,and the literature reports on the treatment of stroke sequelae and stroke diseases are the most,147 and 42 respectively,accounting for 47.02%,and the average total effective rates of the two are 91.11%and 93.04%respectively.In addition,it is also concluded that the principle of selecting acupoints for eye acupunctureis mainly the method of selecting acupoints by position,the most common manipulation isscraping the handle,and the main time of needle retention is 15-30 minutes.The experimental study of eye acupuncture mainly takes rats as the experimental objects,and the model study of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury is the most.Most of them use the flat needling.The acupoint selection of eye acupuncture treatment is mainly in the double liver area,kidney area,upper focus area and lower focus area.The main acupuncture method is twirling method and scraping method,and the needle retention time is mainly 20 minutes.Conclusion In clinical practice,eye acupuncture can treat many kinds of diseases and its curative effect is significant,especially for stroke,sequelae of stroke and various pain diseases.
