摘要
神经退行性疾病是神经元结构或功能丧失甚至死亡而导致功能障碍的一类疾病。随着人类寿命增加,患病率也逐年上升。其中以阿尔茨海默病和帕金森病等最为常见,临床出现精神、认知和功能障碍,严重影响患者生活质量。五味子Schisandra Chinese(Turcz.)Baill.是传统中药材,五味子木脂素抗氧化活性较强,功效明确,对神经退行性疾病有保护作用。总结了五味子木脂素有效成分干预神经退行性疾病的可能机制,包括抗氧化损伤、抑制细胞凋亡、抑制神经炎性反应及调节神经递质、改善线粒体功能障碍等,以期为临床应用提供一定的借鉴。
Neurodegenerative diseases are a class of diseases in which dysfunction results from the loss of neuronal structure or function,such as Alzheimer's disease(AD)and Parkinson's disease(PS).As human lifespan increases,the prevalence also increases year by year.These diseases have clinical mental,cognitive and functional impairments,seriously affecting the quality of life of patients.Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)is a traditional Chinese medicinal material.Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)lignans have strong antioxidant activity and a protective effect on neurodegenerative diseases.The possible mechanisms of the active components of Wuweizi(Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus)lignans in neurodegenerative diseases were summarized,including anti-oxidative damage,inhibition of apoptosis and neuroinflammation,regulation of neurotransmitters,improvement of mitochondrial dysfunction and so on in order to provide a certain reference for clinical application.
