Study on One-Bath Dyeing Technology of PLA/PHBV/Tencell Interweave Fabrics with Disperse and Reactive Dyes

摘要 针对PLA/PHBV纤维不耐高温和碱剂的特性,选用了低温型分散染料和中性固色活性染料,通过加入环保载体实现了PLA/PHBV/天丝交织物的分散/中性固色活性染料一浴法染色。论文探讨了载体浓度、pH值、硫酸钠浓度、固色温度、固色时间等因素对织物K/S值的影响,采用正交实验确定了最佳染色工艺为:当分散红ACE用量为0.2%、雅格素红NF-3B用量0.3%,pH=6、硫酸钠浓度35g/L、环保载体浓度2.4g/L、固色温度90℃、固色时间40min。织物的耐洗和耐摩擦色牢度可以达3~4级以上。 Because the PLA/PHBV fiber is not resistant to high temperature and alkali agent,the PLA/PHBV/Tencell interweave fabrics were dyed by one-bath dyeing technology of low-temperature disperse and neutral fixing reactive dyes with environmental protection carrier.The effects of carrier dosage,pH value,sodium sulfate dosage,fixing temperature and fixing time on dyeing effect are discussed in this paper,and the optimal dyeing process is determined by orthogonal test analysis as follows:the dosage of disperse red ACE is 0.2%,the neutral fixing reactive dyes is 0.3%,the optimal dying process is pH is 6,the sodium sulfate dosage is 35g/L,the environmental carrier dosage is 2.4g/L,the fixing temperature is 90℃,and fixing time is 40min.The color fastness to washing and rubbing can reach over 3-4 level.
