摘要
市域社会治理已经成为我国新时代的社会治理中关键一环,承载了国家和社会治理现代化的重任,新时代市域治理现代化要以法治化为目标,依靠法治来推动,市域治理法治化关键是要“地方立法科学化、法治政府服务化、普法守法全民化、法律问题科技化”同步进行。
As the key component of Chinese social governance in the new era,municipal social gover⁃nance is shouldering its responsibility in the modernization of national and social governance.The modern⁃ization of municipal social governance should aim at the rule of law and based on its legalization.There⁃fore,it is significant to carry out simultaneously in terms of scientific local legislation,service-oriented gov⁃ernment under the rule of law,nationwide popularization and observance of the law,and legal issues in a scientific and technological way.
