摘要
随着社会经济的飞速发展,创新创业教育、现代学徒制逐渐成为高职教育领域的重点。现阶段,高职机电类学生广泛存在缺乏系统性思维、职业能力不足、创新能力较差的情况。本研究以系统论理念为基础,借助教学设计模块、创新创业教育模块、岗课融通体系模块,创办以全流程项目贯穿为核心的多元化实训教学体系,并立足于教学资源、过程等多个方面,深入探索实训教学体系,利用该教学模式大幅提升机电类专业学生的学习兴趣,在助推学生专业技能成长的同时,丰富高职机电的教学内容。
With the rapid development of social economy,innovation and entrepreneurship education and modern apprenticeship gradually become the focus of higher vocational education.At the present stage,mechanical and electrical students in higher vocational education lack systematic thinking,professional ability and innovation ability.Based on the system theory,with the help of teaching design module,innovation and entrepreneurship education module as well as job-class integration system module,this research establishes a diversified practical teaching system with the whole process project as the core.Meanwhile,based on teaching resources,process and other aspects,this research makes in-depth exploration of practical training teaching system,using this teaching mode to greatly enhance the learning interest of students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering,while boosting the growth of students'professional skills,enrich the teaching content of mechanical and electrical engineering in higher vocational colleges.
