摘要
目的:探析当归四逆汤加减辅助治疗老年冠心病心绞痛的效果.方法:选取2017年12月—2020年12月我院收治的老年冠心病心绞痛患者80例,按照奇偶数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组40例.对照组予以常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予上联合当归四逆汤加减治疗,比较两组心功能指标[心输出量(CO)、左室射血分数(LVEF)]、心绞痛指标(发作次数、持续时间)、总有效率、药物不良反应情况.结果:治疗后,研究组CO、LVEF高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组总有效率为92.50%,高于对照组的75.00(P<0.05).两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论:当归四逆汤加减方剂治疗老年冠心病心绞痛效果确切,可有效改善心功能,缩短心绞痛持续时间,减少发作次数,具备较高安全性.
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Danggui Sini Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods:A total of 80 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to odd-even number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Danggui Sini Decoction in the control group.The cardiac function indexes cardiac output(CO),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),angina pectoris indexes(attack frequency,duration),total effective rate and adverse drug reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,CO and LVEF in study group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The frequency and duration of angina pectoris in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.50%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group(P<0.05).No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during treatment.Conclusion:Danggui Sini Decoction is effective in treating angina pectoris in elderly patients with coronary heart disease,which can effectively improve cardiac function,shorten the duration of angina pectoris,reduce the number of attacks,and has high safety.
