摘要
对欧空局计划的LISA-Pathfinder探测器中所需一次性运动凸轮的设计方法进行研究。针对盘形凸轮外部轮廓曲线设计中复杂函数的求解问题,提出一种基于Matlab机器人工具箱的摆动从动件盘形凸轮设计方法。该方法设计过程简便,对作复杂函数运动的凸轮来说设计精度高。设计了符合使用要求的凸轮和专用的实验装置,并通过实验验证了所设计凸轮的运动规律。
In this paper,the locking release mechanism in the LISA-Pathfinder project was taken as the research object,and the cam motion law was designed and solved through Matlab simulation design so as to carry out the simulation design of the disc profile and obtain the cam profile.A special experimental device is designed to test the performance of the rotating motion of the cam.The experimental results show that this method is simple and effective and meets the cam motion performance requirements in this study.At the same time,it provides a new scheme and a new idea for solving the construction and calculation of complex function in cam design.
