摘要
为进一步顺应新时代军队建设对新型军事人才的需求,激发学生学习的主体意识,提升其分析、解决问题的能力,本文分析了研究性学习的内涵、其对人才培养的优势以及对由“以教师为中心”向“以学生为中心”课堂转变的作用与意义,并以“夜视技术与装备”课程为例,提出了分层次研究性学习的教学模式,展现了该教学模式的设计环节、实施步骤、教学效果和注意事项。实践表明,采用分层次研究性学习的教学模式,可以极大助力学生问题分析和解决能力的生成。
In order to further meet the needs of the new era of military construction for new military talents,stimulate students'subjective awareness of learning,and improve their ability to analyze and solve problems,this paper analyzes the connotation of research-based learning,its advantages for talent training,and its role and significance in changing from a"teacher centered"classroom to a"student centered"classroom,and takes the"night vision technology and equipment"curriculum as an example,This paper puts forward a teaching mode of multi-level research learning,which shows the design links,implementation steps,teaching effects and precautions of this teaching mode.The practice shows that the teaching mode of hierarchical research learning can greatly help students to generate their ability to analyze and solve problems.
