摘要
对传统血液透析膜存在血液分离性能差的问题,提出一种新型抗氧化血液透析膜的制备,并对改性后的血液透析膜性能进行研究。结果表明:在磺化聚砜-水飞蓟宾共混物(Mg2)质量分数为2%、磺化聚砜-水飞蓟宾共混物(Mg3)质量分数为3%时,孔隙率均超过85%。对牛血清蛋白(BSA)截留率均超过94%,纯水通量均超过300 L/(m^(2)·h^(-1))。应用表明,该膜对血小板有明显的作用。
Aiming at the problem of poor blood separation performance in traditional hemodialysis membranes,a new type of antioxidant hemodialysis membrane is proposed,and the performance of the modified membrane is investigated.The experimental results showed that the porosity of Mg2(the mass percentage of sulfonated polysulfone-silybin blend is 2%)and Mg3 mixed membrane(the mass percentage of sulfonated polysulfone-silybin blend is 3%)exceeded 85%.The retention rate of BSA exceeded 94%,and the pure water flux exceeded 300 L/(m^(2)·h^(-1)).Application studies demonstrate that the membrane exhibits a significant effect on platelets.
