摘要
将乡村休闲综合体作为研究对象,以平谷区乡村产业发展面临问题为导向,基于责任规划师参与乡村休闲综合体建设的工作实践,从搭建技术协同平台、规划引领项目生成、规划管理制度保障、引入乡镇联营公司模式等方面,探索新时代国土空间规划背景下乡村产业创新发展的可行性路径。
Taking rural leisure complex as research object,oriented by problems facing rural industrial development in Pinggu District,based on practice of responsible planners participating in the construction of rural leisure complex,from the aspects of building technology collaboration platform,planning-guided project generation,planning management system guarantee,introducing township associated company model,the feasible paths for innovative rural industry development in the context of territorial spatial planning is explored.
