地方师范院校卓越乡村教师培养的困惑与路径 被引量:2

Puzzlement and Approaches of Training Outstanding Rural Teachers inLocal Normal Universities

摘要 卓越教师培养成为新时期我国教师教育的全面目标追求,在一定意义上卓越乡村教师培养更为迫切、更有必要。卓越乡村教师的核心素养主要包括乡村教育情怀、一专多能、乡村教育研究能力等方面。地方师范院校在卓越乡村教师培养过程中存在公费师范生学习动力不足、专业宽度难以平衡、乡村精神培育乏力、顶岗实习“重教轻学”等实践困惑。为了克服既有偏弊,需要沿着以下路径展开:推行“二次选拔”,将乐教适教的学生纳入公费培养体系;秉持宽口径、厚基础、胜任多学科教学的人才培养理念;建构课程的乡土性,奠定人才培养素质的基础内核;实施在地化教育服务,增强公费师范生的乡村理解与文化认同;加强大学-政府-中小学校的协同合作,助力公费师范生的成长;建立多维激励机制,促进公费师范生主动发展等。 The cultivation of outstanding teachers has become the overall goal of China's normal education in the new era,but in a certain sense,the cultivation of outstanding rural teachers is more urgent and more necessary.The core quality of the training of outstanding rural teachers mainly includes the feelings of rural education,the ability to specialize in one subject and be versatile,and the research ability of rural education.In the process of cultivating outstanding rural teachers,local normal colleges have some shortcomings,such as insufficient learning motivation of public funded normal students,difficulty in balancing the width of their majors,weak cultivation of rural spirit,and the practice confusion of"valuing teaching over learning"in post practice.In order to overcome the existing disadvantages,it is necessary to carry out the following approaches:implement"secondary selection"for bringing teachers with the desire of educating into the public expense training system;upholding the talent cultivation concept of wide caliber,solid foundation and competent multidisciplinary teaching;constructing the local character of curriculum and laying the core foundation of talent cultivation quality;implement local education to enhance the rural understanding and cultural identity of the public funded normal students;strengthen the cooperation among universities,governments,primary and secondary schools;help satisfying the growing needs of public funded normal students;establish multidimensional incentive mechanism to promote the active development of public funded normal students.
