回采巷道围岩支护优化

Optimization of Rock Support for Back Mining Roadway

摘要 山西某矿11305运输巷在地应力、地质构造以及原有支护方案支护强度低等因素综合影响下,呈现出围岩变形量大、变形持续时间长、后续使用需频繁修整等问题。为确保回采巷道安全使用,依据11305运输巷现场条件,提出以强化围岩表面支护、提升围岩承载能力并充分发挥锚索悬吊作用为核心的围岩支护优化方案,并具体对支护优化参数进行设计。经现场应用后,11305运输巷顶板、底板及巷帮收敛量分别控制在105 mm、182 mm及157mm以内,可满足巷道后续掘进及使用需要。 The 11305 transportation lane,under the combined influence of ground stress,geological structure and low support strength of the original support scheme,presents problems such as large deformation of the surrounding rock,duration of deformation,and the need for frequent repair for subsequent use.In order to ensure the safe use of the return roadway,according to the site conditions of 11305 transport roadway,the optimization plan of surrounding rock support is proposed to strengthen the surface support of surrounding rock,improve the bearing capacity of surrounding rock and give full play to the role of anchor suspension,and the specific design of support optimization parameters.After application on site,the convergence of the roof,bottom and gang of 11305 transportation road is controlled within 105 mm,182 mm and 157 mm respectively,which can meet the needs of subsequent roadway excavation and use.
