摘要
以合肥地区某实际办公建筑为例,采用计算流体力学与建筑环境及暖通系统模拟技术,采用自然通风与建筑室内热动态耦合模拟分析,基于不同自然通风形式,利用多区域通风网络原理,得到了自然通风量逐时动态变化的耦合基准模型,研究在动态自然通风情景下窗墙比对建筑能耗的影响。研究结果表明,在合肥地区实际动态自然通风情景下,随窗墙比的增加,混合自然通风形式的全年节能率在16.65%~17.17%之间,贯流自然通风形式的全年节能率在16.56%~17.41%之间,单侧自然通风全年节能率则在15.39%~18.65%之间,可为合肥地区基于实际自然通风量逐时变化情景下建筑节能设计工作提供参考。
Taking an actual office building in Hefei area as an example,a coupled simulation analysis of natural ventilation and building indoor heat dynamics is conducted using computational fluid dynamics and building environment and HVAC system simulation techniques.Based on different natural ventilation forms,a coupled benchmark model with time-by-time dynamic changes of natural ventilation is obtained using the principle of multi-zone ventilation network to study the influence of window-wall ratio on building energy consumption under dynamic natural ventilation scenarios.The research results show that under the actual dynamic natural ventilation scenario in Hefei,the annual energy saving rate of mixed natural ventilation ranges from 16.65%to 17.17%,the annual energy saving rate of cross-flow natural ventilation ranges from 16.56%to 17.41%,and the annual energy saving rate of single-side natural ventilation ranges from 15.39%to 18.65%with the increase of window-to-wall ratio,which can be used for the Hefei area.The research will provide a reference for the energy-saving design of buildings in Hefei based on the time-to-time variation of the actual natural ventilation.
