摘要
目的分析肝胆外科护理管理中薄弱环节管理的实施效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月贵州医科大学附属医院肝胆外科护士40名,依据不同护理管理方法分为薄弱环节管理组(实施薄弱环节管理)和常规护理管理组(实施常规护理管理),各20名。统计比较两组自我效能感、综合素质、护理质量、护理风险事件发生情况、医生满意度。结果管理后,薄弱环节管理组护士的自我效能感、理论知识、操作技能、制度遵守、人文素养、护理文书书写能力、风险防范意识及综合素质总分均高于常规护理管理组,薄弱时间管理、重点环节管理、高危患者管理、护理细节评分均高于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。薄弱环节管理组护理风险事件发生率低于常规护理管理组,医生满意度高于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胆外科护理管理中薄弱环节管理的实施效果较常规护理管理好。
Objective To analyze the effect of weak link management in nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery.Methods Selected 40 nurses from the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery of Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from February 2020 to February 2022,and divide them into a weak link management group(implementing weak link management)and a routine nursing management group(implementing routine nursing management)based on different nursing management methods,with 20 nurses in each group.The self-efficacy,comprehensive quality,nursing quality,occurrence of nursing risk events and doctor satisfaction were statistically compared between the two groups.Results After managment,the scores of self-efficacy,theoretical knowledge,operating skills,system compliance,humanistic quality,nursing document writing ability,risk prevention awareness and overall quality of nurses in the weak link management group were higher than those in the routine nursing management group,the scores of weak time management,key link management,high-risk patient management,and nursing details were higher than those of the routine nursing management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing risk events of the weak link managment group was lower than that of the routine nursing management group,the satisfaction of doctors was higher than that of the routine nursing management group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of weak link management in the nursing management of hepatobiliary surgery is better than that of routine nursing management.
