摘要
文章通过对《图书馆转型:RLUK 2022—2025》报告的特点和核心内容进行解读,着重阐述了该报告中5个工作策略的30项具体措施及3个交叉主题,提出了开展联盟合作,创建集体智慧;重视战略规划,发挥引领作用;加快数字转型,优化馆藏建设;推进开放科学,重塑学术服务模式等建议。
Through the interpretation of the characteristics and core contents of the report The Library Transformation:RLUK 2022—2025,this paper emphatically expounds 30 concrete measures of 5 working strategies and 3 cross-themes in the report.It puts forward some suggestions for the model,such as carrying out alliance cooperation to create collective wisdom;attaching importance to strategic planning to play a leading role;accelerating digital transformation to optimize collection construction;promoting open science to reshape academic services,etc.
