摘要
多糖(polysaccharide)是糖苷键结合的糖链,由至少10个单糖组成的聚合糖高分子碳水化合物,主要分为植物多糖、动物多糖和微生物多糖,具有抗肿瘤、抗氧化、抗病毒、提高免疫力和保护肝脏等多种生物学功能。文章对多糖的分类方式、生理功能及对动物机体的调控作用进行了综述,以期为多糖在畜牧业的实际应用提供理论依据,并为合理开发畜禽类多糖添加剂提供参考。
Polysaccharide is a glycosidic bond linked sugar chain,which is a polymeric carbohydrate composed of at least 10 monosaccharides.It is mainly divided into plant polysaccharide,animal polysaccharide and microbial polysaccharide.It has various biological functions such as anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,anti-virus,improving immunity and protecting liver.In this paper,the classification,physiological function and regulation of polysaccharides in animal body were reviewed,in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the practical application of polysaccharides in animal husbandry and provide reference for the rational development of polysaccharide additives in livestock and poultry.
