摘要
汞具有易迁移性、生物富集性和剧毒性,一直是全球关注的重点污染物之一。吸附法作为一种较为成熟、经济、有效的废水中汞处理方法,目前受到广泛的研究。利用13X型分子筛、硝酸银和硼氢化钠制备成的银掺杂改性分子筛吸附剂,在吸附温度为20℃、pH为3、吸附剂投放量为0.3 g、吸附时间为40 min、共存氯离子摩尔浓度为0.3 mol·L^(-1)等试验条件下,模拟工业废水中汞离子的去除率达到88%以上,且使用氯化钾和硝酸混合液对吸附剂的洗脱率达到89.3%,吸附剂经高温活化再生后,对模拟废水中汞的去除率仍然达到82.2%。在此基础上,实验还初步考察了模拟废水中汞的初始浓度对吸附剂吸附性能的影响。结果表明:该吸附剂制备工艺简单、对工艺废水中汞的去除率高、吸附后洗脱率高、再生方法简单且可重复利用,展现出良好的应用前景。
Mercury has been one of the key pollutants of global concern due to its easy mobility,bioaccumulation and toxicity.As a mature,economical and effective treatment method of mercury in wastewater,adsorption process has been widely studied.In this paper,the silver-doped modified molecular sieve adsorbent was prepared from 13X molecular sieve,silver nitrate and sodium borohydride.Under the experimental conditions of adsorption temperature of 20℃,pH of 3,adsorbent dosage of 0.3 g,adsorption time of 40 min,and coexisting chloride ion concentration of 0.3 mol·L^(-1),the removal rate of mercury ions in simulated industrial wastewater was more than 88%,and the elution rate of the adsorbent using the mixture of potassium chloride and nitric acid reached 89.3%.After the adsorbent was activated and regenerated at high temperature,the removal rate of mercury in simulated wastewater still reached 82.2%.The effect of initial mercury concentration in simulated wastewater on the adsorption performance of adsorbents was also investigated.The results showed that the adsorbent had simple preparation process,high removal rate of mercury in process wastewater,high elution rate after adsorption,simple regeneration method and reusability,showing a good application prospect.
