摘要
简要介绍了数字化、智能化制造车间及其建设思路,重点阐述了数字化、智能化车间的建设要点,从车间布局与虚拟车间的建设、数字化装备及产线建设、物联网建设、数字化生产管控平台建设和数字孪生车间建设等五个方面进行深入探讨,在数字化装备和信息化软件的基础上,将信息车间和物理车间深度融合,通过构造精益生产的数字化体系,为车间各业务活动提供科学决策支持,实现精益生产,真正实现车间的数字化和智能化。
This paper introducies the digital and intelligent manufacturing workshop and its construction ideas,focusing on the key points of the construction of digital and intelligent workshop,and discussing in depth from five aspects,including the construction of workshop layout and virtual workshop,digital equipment and production line construction,Internet of Things construction,digital production control platform construction and digital twin workshop construction,on the basis of digital equipment and information software,the information The deep integration of workshop and physical workshop,by constructing the digital system of lean production,providing scientific decision support for each business activity of the workshop,realizing lean production,and truly realizing the digitalization and intelligence of the workshop.
