摘要
加拿大院校学术资本主义的演进经历了80年代至90年代初的抵御与妥协、1997-2006年资助战略的转变和2007年以后资助机构的创设等三个阶段,在此过程中体现出温和的政府调控、失效的院校抵制、理性的学术治理等特点。鉴于我国院校存在的某些现象也呈现出类似学术资本主义的特征,从加强政府调控的平衡功能、增强院校抵制的堡垒作用、强化学者治学的理性约束等三个方面阐述加拿大院校学术资本主义演进特点对我国的启示。
The evolution of academic capitalism in Canada's higher education institutions has gone through three stages:the resist-ance and compromise form 1980s to early 1990s,the change of funding strategy from 1997 to 2006,and the establishment of funding institutions from 2007 to now.During this process,it is characterized by moderate government regulation,ineffective institutional re-sistance and rational academic governance.In view of the fact that some of the phenomena in Chinese universities are similar to the characteristics of academic capitalism,this paper elaborates the enlightenment of the evolution characteristics of academic capitalism in Canadian universities to China from three aspects:strengthening the balance function of government regulation,enhancing the fortress function of institutions to resist,and reinforcing the rational constraint of scholars'research.
