摘要
为寻找可以有效预防和治疗因维氏气单胞菌(Aeromonas veronii)引发的水产疾病,探究了40种中草药水提液对大口黑鲈(Micropterus salmoides)源维氏气单胞菌的体外抑菌效果。采用平板打孔法测定40种中草药对该菌的体外抑菌作用,并测定了7种效果较好中草药的最小抑菌浓度和最小杀菌浓度。结果发现,16种中草药对该菌有抑制作用,其中苏木(Caesalpinia sappan)和半枝莲(Scutellaria barbata)对维氏气单胞菌的抑菌作用最强,抑菌圈直径大于20.00 mm,抑菌等级表现为极度敏感,最小抑菌浓度均为6.25 mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度均为12.5 mg/mL。综上所述,苏木和半枝莲可以用来有效防治维氏气单胞菌引起的疾病。
In order to find effective prevention and treatment of aquatic diseases caused by Aeromonas veronii,we investigated the in vitro bacteriostatic effects of 40 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine water extract on A.veronii,which was previously isolated from Micropterus salmoides.The method of plate drilling was used to determine inhibitory effect in vitro of 40 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on A.veronii.Moreover,the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)of 7 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine which showed better bacteriostatic effect was determined.The results showed that 16 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine had inhibitory effect on A.veronii.Meanwhile,Caesalpinia sappan and Scutellaria barbata exhibited the best inhibitory effect on A.veronii,with the diameter of inhibitory circles greater than 20.00 mm,and the inhibitory level was extremely sensitive.The MIC of C.sappan and S.barbata was both 6.25 mg/mL,and MBC was 12.5 mg/mL.In conclusion,C.sappan and S.barbata can be used for disease prevention and treatment caused by A.veronii.
