摘要
采用再生混凝土微粉(RCP)替代矿粉(MP)作为沥青混合料的填料以有效回收利用RCP。首先进行软化点、针入度和布氏黏度等沥青性能测试,对比分析了RCP与MP对沥青物理性能影响的差异性;然后通过冻融劈裂试验、高温车辙试验与低温弯曲试验,评价了RCP对沥青混合料试件的水稳定性、高温性能和低温性能的影响。结果表明:RCP显著地提升了沥青的高温性能与黏稠度,且不会降低沥青对温度的敏感性;采用RCP替代MP粉后,沥青混合料仍具有较好的水稳定性,能经受3次冻融循环造成的水侵蚀;RCP增强了沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能,虽会稍微降低沥青混合料的低温抗裂性,但沥青混合料路用性能仍能满足规范要求。
To fully utilize recycled cement powder(RCP),RCP was used to replace mineral powder(MP)as the filler of asphalt mixture.First,softening point,penetration and Brookfield viscosity were tested,the differences between RCP and MP on the physical properties of asphalt were comparatively analyzed.And then the effects of RCP on water stability,high-and-low temperature performances of asphalt mixture specimens were evaluated by freeze-thaw splitting test,high-temperature rutting test,and low-temperature bending test.The results show that compared with MP,RCP significantly improves the high-temperature performance and viscosity of asphalt,and does not reduce the temperature sensitivity of asphalt.After replacing MP with RCP,asphalt mixture still has good water stability,which can withstand the water erosion caused by three freeze�thaw cycles.RCP enhances the high-temperature rutting resistance of asphalt mixture,although it slightly reduces the low-temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture,the road performance of asphalt mixture still meets the specification requirements.
