摘要
目的探讨三黄降糖汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病患者的治疗效果。方法120例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组60例。对照组患者给予二甲双胍治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合三黄降糖汤治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效以及治疗前后的血糖指标[糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)]、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平。结果研究组中有4例无效、26例有效、30例显效;对照组中有16例无效、24例有效、20例显效。研究组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的73.33%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者FBG、2 h PG、HbA1c均低于本组治疗前,且研究组患者FBG(6.08±0.65)mmol/L、2 h PG(8.20±0.92)mmol/L、HbA1c(7.08±0.74)%均低于对照组的(7.45±0.77)mmol/L、(9.26±1.02)mmol/L、(7.96±0.82)%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于本组治疗前,且研究组TC(4.20±0.45)mmol/L、TG(1.04±0.15)mmol/L、LDL-C(2.06±0.25)mmol/L均低于对照组的(5.14±0.59)、(1.70±0.19)、(2.82±0.31)mmol/L,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论三黄降糖汤联合西药治疗2型糖尿病患者具有较好的疗效,值得临床应用。
Objective To discuss the effect of Sanhuang Jiangtang Decoction combined with western medicine on type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into research group and control group according to the random numerical table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin,and research group was treated with Sanhuang Jiangtang Decoction on the basis of control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy,blood glucose index[glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),fasting blood glucose(FBG),2 h postprandial glucose(2 h PG)],blood lipid index[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]before and after treatment.Results In the research group,4 cases were ineffective,26 cases were effective and 30 cases were excellent;in the control group,16 cases were ineffective,24 cases were effective and 20 cases were excellent.The total effective rate of 93.33%in the research group was higher than that of 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,FBG,2 h PG and HbA1c in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the research group had FBG of(6.08±0.65)mmol/L 2 h PG of(8.20±0.92)mmol/L and HbA1c of(7.08±0.74)%,which were lower than those of(7.45±0.77)mmol/L,(9.26±1.02)mmol/L and(7.96±0.82)%in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were lower than those before treatment in this group;the research group had TC of(4.20±0.45)mmol/L,TG of(1.04±0.15)mmol/L and LDL-C of(2.06±0.25)mmol/L,which were lower than those of(5.14±0.59),(1.70±0.19)and(2.82±0.31)mmol/L in the control group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Jiangtang Decoction combined with western medicine has good efficacy on type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
