摘要
以无锡市各社会养老机构的在职养老护理人员的现状调查研究结果为基础,思考在当前人口老龄化趋势越发明显的社会环境下,在“互联网+”教育不断深入发展下,如何缓解现有养老护理人员的综合素养与养老服务多层次、高品质需求之间的结构性矛盾。作者旨在研究一种具有可行性、有效性的借助移动教学平台的在职养老护理人员的继续教育培养模式,从而提升现有从业人员的理论知识、人文素养和实践技能,以期带动整个社会养老服务人才队伍专业化建设,进而推动新时代养老服务高质量发展。
Based on a survey of the current situation of in-service elderly nursing staff in social elderly care agency in Wuxi,this paper considers how to relieve the structural contradiction between the employees and the multi-level high requirement of the elderly nursing service in the current society with an increasingly prominent aging problem.This paper aims to explore a newcontinuing educationmodel for in-service elderly nursing staff on the mobile teaching platformto enhance the theoretical knowledge,humanistic quality and practical skills of the in-service elderly nursing staff,so as to drive the personnel construction of the entire social elderly service and achieve high-quality development of elderly care services in the new era.
