摘要
探索医护细化分工模拟演练在ECMO(体外膜肺氧合)急救培训中的应用效果。实践表明,医护细化分工模拟演练在ECMO急救培训中应用,有利于缩短ECMO插管时间,提高医护应急及团队合作等综合能力,在一定程度上提高抢救的有效性,值得临床推广。
This paper aims to explore the application effect of doctors and nurses refined division of simulation exercise in ECMO(Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation)emergency training.The practice shows that the application of doctors and nurses refined division of simulation exercise in ECMO emergency training is beneficial to shorten the ECMO intubation time,improving the comprehensive ability of doctors and nurses emergency and team cooperation,and to some extent,improving the effectiveness of rescue.Therefore,it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
